Paul’s current focus is on the optimisation of the Bank’s Marketing operations including supplier strategy, agency management, operational transformation and learning and development.

Paul has previously led teams across the Bank covering Brand, Advertising, Media, Communications Planning, Performance Marketing and In-house studios.

Prior to Barclays, Paul worked agency side, leading Account Management, New Business and Marketing teams at Rapier and WWAV Rapp Collins (Rapp).
