Ebru Ozguc is a tri-lingual, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with an MBA in International Business from European University and qualification in Digital Marketing from Columbia Business School. Previously held global and European strategic marketing and country leadership roles in a 15-year career at 3M the pioneering innovator of worker safety, healthcare, and consumer goods. She joined Vodafone in 2012 leading courageous initiatives, supporting the open conversation around gender gap issues and playing a major role in the company’s determination to lead the digital transformation of business sector. Vodafone won several awards including Cannes Lions and Effie. She launched Vodafone Business brand globally and led the brand & reputation for business.

She is currently Group Strategic Marketing Director for Babcock International, the leading provider of critical, complex engineering services which support national defence - with responsibility for building the Babcock brand, leading group marketing campaigns and thought leadership initiatives.

Ebru is part of International Women’s Forum UK and is serving in the Communications and Engagement Committee. She is also in Brand Advisory Board of World Media Group.

Ebru lives in London and is the mother of 20-year-old twin boys. She’s a passionate tennis player and a dedicated skier.
