Nicola is a Brand Consultant at QBE Insurance, responsible for activating the brand across all marketing channels and ensuring a consistent brand presence for International markets at QBE Insurance.

Her last role was Group Head of Marketing at Aldermore. Responsible for leading teams across Property, Savings, Business and Motor Finance in delivering insight‑led marketing initiatives, B2B and B2C growth and retention campaigns and high‑impact strategic partnerships and events, that create long‑term value.

Much of her career to date has been with HSBC. In her last role as Global Head of Brand Activation and Strategic Programmes she led, transformed and enhanced the Global Airport Programme, delivered high profile global campaigns and brand relaunches.

She started her career agency side working in a smaller boutique agencies and at Haygarth part of Omnicom group and has worked across many financial services / Fintech brands, Technology and entertainment.
